We signed a 30-day extension of our current contract in bargaining with the university yesterday. This means that all the rights, protections, and benefits in our existing contract remain in force through Sept. 30. We have not yet come to an agreement with the university on compensation so your pay beginning in the Fall 2022 semester will be the same as in the 2021-2022 academic year. We are continuing to fight for pay that adjuncts deserve. You can see some of our contract proposals and NYU’s responses here.
